Hi. I’m Lukas. I understand the toll chronic pain can take—because I’ve lived it myself. That firsthand experience drives me to blend genuine compassion with a hunger for learning—always improving to provide you with the best support and results.
At Root Cause Rehab, I offer exercise programs and educational support as a Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist for those who are feeling lost, but are medically cleared to train and participate in exercise programs. I don’t diagnose or treat painful conditions—I work within your existing medical care to get you back on the path to a more active and movement filled lifestyle.

There’s no such thing as a one-size-fits-all program. I take a detailed look at your unique story, lifestyle, and goals. During our in-depth discussion, we’ll identify your starting point and develop a plan that aligns with your unique needs and timeline.

Armed with insights from your consultation, I develop an individualized exercise program. I guide you along the process as we improve your specific body mechanics, and help you overcome the obstacles preventing you from living a movement friendly and functional life.
