I'm Lukas, a Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist who’s navigated chronic pain firsthand. That experience shapes how I work: with empathy, curiosity, and a commitment to meeting you where you are.

At Root Cause Rehab, I offer movement-focused coaching and exercise programs for those medically cleared to train but still living with persistent pain. I don’t diagnose or treat, I collaborate with your medical care team to help you build strength, confidence, and a more active life.

    There’s no such thing as a one-size-fits-all program. I take a detailed look at your unique story, lifestyle, and goals. During our in-depth discussion, we’ll identify your starting point and develop a plan that aligns with your unique needs and timeline.

    Armed with insights from your consultation, I develop an individualized exercise program. I guide you along the process as we improve your specific body mechanics, and help you overcome the obstacles preventing you from living a movement friendly and functional life.

    Living with persistent pain can be isolating, especially when you’re struggling to explain what you’re feeling. Having been through that myself, I help clients find language for their pain, navigate conversations with providers more confidently, and stay grounded through the ups and downs of recovery.
